David co-founded VRS in 2001 following a successful career in scientific sales, which began in 1992 after completing his PhD. A natural people person with average-at-best lab skills, sales turned out to be the perfect career choice!
Since day one, David has championed the values that remain at the heart of VRS today: passion, professionalism and having fun along the way, all whilst putting our customers first.
Born in Worksop and the son of a PE teacher, David is a lifelong sports enthusiast, both playing and spectating. International business travel and a BA air hostess wife sparked a love of exploring the world, with Cape Town and Boston among his favourite destinations.
